Since our experts start solving assignments as soon as the payments are made, so no cancellation is allowed once the payment has been made by the customer. Essay Authors takes every profile very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him.
However, if you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the dispute resolution process, we shall consider refund requests as per the company’s discretion. As per our fair user policy, If we are unable to deliver the solution within 2 days of committed date, the customer is refunded 75% of his initial amount(provided he has not made any change in requirements in between). In case the customer has made any changes in requirements, Essay Authors has the whole discretion to decide the new delivery date.
Please note that no refunds will be made in any case if the assignment solution has been delivered and the customer is not satisfied. However in that case, the customer can use our revision policy to suggest us some changes in the assignment solution which will be done free of cost.
